GDM Music releases the complete version of the OST by Ennio Morricone for “Il maestro e Margherita”.
In those days Rca issued just a 45 rpm single (RCA OC 27) with the tracks “L’INCONTRO” and “TITOLI E FINALE”. Four selections appeared on the CD RCA OST 134 (couplet with the OST of “Per le antiche scale”) . This version really presents an album mock-up discovered in the Rca archives, prepared, but never issued in 1972. One of the most intense scores for Cinema of the Academy Winner Ennio Morricone, a monothematic score with an extreme romanticism where the voice of Edda Dell’Orso and the orchestra create a synergy of rare beautiness. This OST with “La califfa”, “Questa specie d’amore” and “Il prato” are only few examples of the huge and endless creative talent of the author.

Questa OST insieme a “La califfa”, “Questa specie d’amore” e “Il prato” sono solo alcuni esempi dell’enorme ed inesauribile talento creativo dell’autore.
