| description |
Gdm Music releases a CD that contains two milestone
scores of the Italian Cinemas directed by Dino Risi, with music
by Armando Trovajoli: I mostri and Il gaucho.
The tracks refer I mostri (starring Vittorio Gassman and Ugo
Tognazzi) present only four tracks that were issued in that
age, among them the famous main theme Samoa Tamoure, while the
remaining nine tracks are previously unreleased.
The twelve tracks that refer to Il gaucho (again starring Vittorio
Gassman placed side by side by Nino Manfredi, Silvana Pampanini
and Amedeo Nazzari) was never released until today, including
the main theme La Cumbia De Manuela.
The two scores cohabit musically guaranteeing a perfect continuity
to the listening, cause they contain both tracks with prevailing
Latin atmospheres alternated to jazzy and blues compositions,
that by the way confer to the product a Lounge flavour.
For the making of this compact disc the original master tapes
have been used opportunely restored in digital with the supervision
of same maestro Trovajoli and the booklet is composed of eight
colour pages containing rare archives photos of the archives
and vintage memorabilia. |
