Il Postino, directed in 1994 by Michael Radford
and based on the novel "Ardiente Paciencia" by Antonio
Skarmeta, is the charming story between postman Mario and
the lovely Beatrice, and of the beautiful friendship between
the postman and the poet.
Starring Massimo Troisi as the postman Mario Ruoppolo, Maria
Grazia Cucinotta as the sensuous Beatrice and Phillippe Noiret
as the poet Pablo Neruda.
