| GDM music issues on CD the OST by Ennio Morricone for for
the movie Veruschka directed in 1971 by Franco Rubartelli and
starring the famous fashion model Veruschka Von Lehndorff.
Ennio Morricone did succeed perfectly to descrive musically
all the romanticism that pervades the plot:
an elegant and refined Lounge style latin flavoured main theme
with the stunning vocalisms by Edda Dell'Orso represents
the fashion world where the girl works,
Opposing the fragile soul weakness of the protagonist underscored
with the lyrical and magic Poesia Di Una Donna.
For the painful journey back in her memories and through
drug of the young woman, the composer has created sound atmospheres
sometimes suspended and mystical, sometimes tribal and tensive.
For releasing this special edition CD the stereo master tapes
of the original recording session were used and besides the
previously unreleased music the rare original 1971 45 rpm
single version. |
